The Upper Valley Institutes were keen to actively participate in the 12th World Urban Forum (WUF12).
As the only private educational institution with its own dedicated pavilion at the forum's accompanying exhibition, the Upper Valley Institutes showcased their activities and academic programs. The pavilion attracted a large number of visitors who expressed their admiration for the institutes' achievements and praised their role in supporting the Egyptian government's efforts in urban development.
The Upper Valley Institutes in Obour participated in the 12th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF12), organized by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) in cooperation with the Egyptian government. The forum was held under the theme "Everything Starts Locally – Working Together for Sustainable Cities and Communities."
