Al-Wadi Higher Institute for Engineering and Technology: A Strategic Partner in Urban Development for Qalyubia Governorate In line with the Institute’s mission to align scientific research and academic studies with the state's actual development needs, H.E. Dr. Eng. Hossam Abdel-Fattah, Governor of Qalyubia, met with the Institute’s leadership to discuss plans to transform "Al-Qalag" into a city featuring fully integrated services and facilities. The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Abed Mahmoud Gad, Acting Dean of the Institute, and featured a comprehensive presentation by Prof. Dr. Fahima El-Shahed, Head of the Architecture and Design Department. The presentation outlined mechanisms for organizing the urban layout, road networks, service corridors, and the area's infrastructure. We take great pride in the excellence of our academic staff and the high caliber of our students; the Institute’s architectural visions and engineering efforts combine to transform academic ideas and projects into tangible realities that contribute to informed decision-making and the development of our local community.
