An official delegation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education

In a pivotal step on its path toward academic excellence, the Board of Directors of Al-Wadi Higher Institute for Engineering and Technology in Obour welcomed the official delegation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education, as part of the procedures for academic accreditation evaluation.

The delegation consisted of:

• Professor Dr. Yousry Mohamed Mowafy – Head of the delegation

• Associate Professor Dr. Gergis Mansour Salama – Member

• Associate Professor Dr. Lobna Abdel Fattah Agha – Member

• Associate Professor Dr. Mohamed Galal Al-Tarabeely – Member

The meeting began with a welcoming speech by Professor Dr. Abed Gad, the Dean of the Institute, in which he expressed the institute’s pride in this important visit, emphasizing the institute’s commitment to its academic vision and its mission to prepare distinguished engineers who meet the needs of the labor market.

He reviewed the institute’s available resources, including advanced infrastructure, updated academic curricula, qualified human resources, as well as student and community activities that enhance the learning environment and support the implementation of quality and academic accreditation standards.

This visit comes as part of the institute’s efforts to elevate the educational system and ensure the delivery of educational services that meet approved national standards.
