The student must have a General Secondary Certificate (Science – Mathematics) (if applying to the Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology)
or an equivalent Arab or foreign certificate, or a Technical Industrial School Diploma (3-year or 5-year system).
A medical examination must confirm that the student is free from infectious diseases and fit to pursue studies.
The student must be of good conduct and reputable character.
Every student wishing to enroll must officially register at the institute.
The student must be committed to full-time study.
Admission nomination card (printed from the electronic coordination website).
Original certificate of qualification (e.g., secondary school certificate or equivalent).
Original computerized birth certificate (with national ID number).
Seven (7) recent personal photos.
Copy of the national ID card.
Utility bill (electricity, gas, or water) to verify residence.
Landline phone bill (if available).
Form 2 GOND (military recruitment form)
Form 6 GOND (for students aged 18 or older)
If the student is under 18, a "Minor Age" form must be submitted.
In case of losing Form 6 GOND, a Form 7 GOND stamped by the recruitment office must be provided.
In addition to the above documents:
An official student status statement.
A transcript of studied subjects with course descriptions.

An official non-enrollment letter from that institution.
Students dismissed from equivalent institutes in the commercial sector are not accepted.
Visit the Student Affairs Department:
The student or guardian visits the department with the required documents and fills out the application form.
Submit the Documents:
The documents are submitted to the admissions staff for first-year students.
Pay Tuition Fees:
First-year students: Tuition is paid at the institute, either in cash or through the Fawry machine available on-site.
Advanced-level students: Tuition is paid at any branch of EG Bank (Egyptian Gulf Bank).
After payment, the student must send a copy of the payment receipt via their academic email to:

The email must clearly include the student’s full details.
Receive the Class Schedule:
Once the above steps are completed, the student visits the Advising Department to collect the class schedule.
Receive Academic Email:
The student then visits the E-Learning Department to obtain their academic email, which also provides access to the class schedule.
Receive University ID Card:
Finally, the student receives their university ID card for the academic year.
