Developing and implementing an internal quality management system aligned with the standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE).

Regularly monitoring and evaluating academic and administrative programs and ensuring the implementation of recommendations made by accreditation and review committees.

Building effective partnerships with relevant national and international institutions to strengthen cooperation and share expertise in accreditation and quality assurance.

Promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement among faculty members, administrative staff, and students through regular workshops and training sessions.

Preparing the institutes for institutional and programmatic accreditation and ensuring the sustainability of international standards across all academic outcomes.
