First: For nominated students:
Nomination card (printed from the electronic coordination website).
Original student qualification certificate.
Original computerized birth certificate (national ID number).
Seven (7) recent passport-size photos.
Copy of national ID card.
Electricity, gas, or water bill to prove address.
Landline telephone bill (if available).
For male students:
Form 2 Jund (Military Service Form).
Form 6 Jund (Military Service Form) for students aged 18 and above.
If the student is under 18, a juvenile form is required.
If Form 6 Jund is lost, Form 7 Jund, stamped by the recruitment office, must be submitted.
Second: For special categories of students:
Students transferring from equivalent institutes:

2- Students Transferring from Non-Equivalent Institutions:

3- Students Nominated to Other Institutions Who Wish to Transfer to the Institute:

The original nomination card from the other institution to which the student was nominated.
An official statement from the other institution confirming that the student is not enrolled there.
4- Students Dismissed from Equivalent Institutes (Generally in the Commercial Sector):
Students dismissed from equivalent institutes are not accepted at the institute.
Application and Tuition Payment Procedures at Upper Valley Institutes
Go to the Student Affairs Department:
The student or their guardian should go to the Student Affairs Department, after preparing the required documents, to fill out the application form, which includes the student's information.
Submitting Documents:
The documents should be submitted to the designated staff member in the first year.
Paying Tuition Fees:
First-Year Students: Tuition fees are paid during the application process at the institute, either in cash or through the Fawry machine available on campus.
Advanced Year Students (excluding first-year students):
Tuition fees can be paid at any branch of the Egyptian Gulf Bank (EGBANK).
After payment, the student should send a copy of the payment receipt via their academic email to the Finance Department's email address: mang.finance@sva.edu.eg
The student must include their complete contact information in the email.
Obtaining the Class Schedule:
After completing the previous steps, the student should go to the Advising Office to collect their class schedule.
Obtaining the Academic Email:
The student should go to the E-Learning Department to collect their academic email, which they can use to access their class schedule.
Receiving the University ID Card:
Finally, the student will receive their university ID card for the academic year.
